Russian academy of education will map out a today’s kid portrait for the first time in 50 years

Russian academy of education will undertake a study “Growing up in Russia” to form a nowadays kid portrait. Yakutia, Altai krai and Leningrad region are chosen to be pilot regions for the research and have already signed cooperation agreements. The pilot phase of the research will be held among students of 9-11 grades of aforecited regions, at least 10 thousand pupils from each.

The study will start with the new school year and aims to form a characteristic of today’s schoolchildren based on the collected data, which various institutions can employ in their work.
